Laurie created a hypnotherapy programme which I felt was completely  tailored to me and  what I was looking to achieve. I found it easy to engage and was not fighting against the process which I have done previously when using online scripts. I now have techniques which I can use to become more mindful when I am drinking that will help me focus on moderating alcohol intake so I can enjoy my wine without risking my long term health or disrupting my sleep. It is early days but I  I have made a start on what I hope will be long term changes. Thankyou.

Thank you for the work we did together. With great skill, elegance, and empathy you guided me into my deep unconscious to help resolve some major issues. I’m feeling a whole lot better. My use of sleeping pills has gone down from 15 mg to 5 mg a-night. And on its way down to zero. I’m sleeping deeper, longer and waking naturally feeling more refreshed than for some years. My relationship with my horse has transformed from anxiety, fear and holding back to truly trusting myself and him like back in the old days. I’ve just been down with him and for the first time in many years I rode him without, hat, boots, jods, spurs, bridle, and fear. Just a loose string halter and bareback pad.
