What Happens During a Session?

– During your initial session with Grace Therapy we discuss your concerns, gain an insight into your background and create a personalised therapy program to achieve your desired goals.


– At your first therapy session and there onward, I aim to put you at ease and guide you into a relaxed state.


– From here I work with positive suggestions related to your goals (e.g., feeling more confident, reducing anxiety).


– After the session, you return to your normal state of awareness, feeling refreshed.

Is It Safe?

– Yes, hypnotherapy is safe. You remain in control the whole time and can’t be made to do anything against your will.


In summary, hypnotherapy uses the natural, relaxed state of hypnosis to help you make positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and create transformational results.
